Turn Your Manuscript Into a Published Novel

Our editorial committee reviews all proposals within 6 to 8 weeks of receipt. Due to the high volume of submissions we receive, we are only able to respond individually to proposals we wish to pursue further.

If your submission is shortlisted, an editor will personally reach out to request the complete manuscript for a full evaluation. Upon completion of the evaluation, we will provide feedback and, if appropriate, offer a publishing contract.

Yes, but please submit each manuscript as a separate proposal. Each submission should be clearly marked with the language of the manuscript.

We accept simultaneous submissions but request that you notify us immediately if your manuscript is accepted elsewhere while under consideration at Zonton Books.

No. Zonton Books accepts direct, unsolicited submissions from authors. We encourage writers to submit their work directly to us without the requirement of a literary agent.

We do not currently publish poetry collections, academic textbooks, self-help books, or non-fiction under this direct submission call. We also do not accept incomplete or unfinished manuscripts.
